Why track metrics?
Because you need to understand your audience! But, it’s hard to get direct feedback from audience members. You can learn a lot from metrics, like your average number of listeners per episode or which of your episodes have been listened to the most.
Metrics are valuable tools which help you:
-
provide empirical evidence of your knowledge mobilization efforts and reach,
-
benchmark current or future performance against your previous episodes, and
-
plan for future content.
